What Version of the App do I need?
To use the Refer a Friend functionality you will need to make sure you have App version 4.5.0. You can check this by clicking on the two lines in the top left-hand corner of the home screen and then click on Version Number.
How do I refer a friend?
You can only refer friends & family who have not already signed up of the app. To refer a friend just click on the account icon in the top right-hand corner of the home screen and then click on refer a friend where you can find your unique referral code which you can then email to your friends & family.
When will my reward unlock?
Once the person referred has completed the registration process where they will need to enter the code sent to them, they will need to reach the bronze tier by dining in, checking in to their table and making sure they spend a minimum of £10.00 per person checked in. Once they have received their first stamp both rewards will unlocked, and you both will receive a notification within the App. Both rewards will then be able to be used from the Next day.
Can I use my Refer a Friend reward with my other App rewards?
Yes, your Refer a Friend reward can be used with other PizzaExpress Club rewards, How Did We Dough Free Portion of Dough Balls and App Goodwill from our Customer Service Team.
Can I use my Refer a friend reward with other promotions?
No, you are unable to use your rewards with other offers or promotions such as UniDays or Tesco Club Card Vouchers. You can use your rewards with other PizzaExpress Club Rewards, How Did We Dough Free Dough Balls or App Goodwill from our Customer Services Team.
I have unlocked my reward, but it will not apply to my bill.
Once you have unlocked your reward it is valid from the next calendar day for six weeks so you will not be able to use it on the day you unlock it. When redeeming your reward, you will need to make sure you have spent a minimum of £10 per person checked in.
I have more than one Refer a Friend reward, can I use them all on one visit?
You can only use one Refer a Friend reward per visit but if other member of your party also has the reward you will all be able to redeem them providing you have spent £10 per person checked in.
