Without people there would be no pizza and our expert People Team is based from our Restaurant Support offices in London and regionally to best support our team of over 9,000. The People Team strives to make PizzaExpress the very best place to work – from an easy recruitment journey, to best-in-industry wellbeing support, to a digital learning journey that helps teams gain skills for life.
Making sure it all adds up, our business team is made up of teams across key functions including Supply Chain, IT, Legal and Finance. Working collaboratively these teams support every aspect of our multi-channel business, ensuring our teams have the ingredients they need to create our mouth-watering pizzas right through to managing our P&Ls and budgeting.
Our Ops experts get things done – from maintaining the highest quality standards in our Pizzerias to making sure our supermarket pizzas make it to the shelf. They’re responsible for running our Pizzerias every day and leading our teams on the ground in over 360 locations around the UK, Ireland and beyond.
This team is bursting with creativity and passion for our product; they bring the PizzaExpress brand to life for customers across every touch point – big or small – all backed by market insight. The Customer Team is also driving our digital transformation, with a major focus on our app and loyalty.
